Sean Strickland has put together an important and outstanding performance to close Uriah Hall and move on to the next level in the middle class.

Strickland (24-3 MMA, 11-3 UFC) Active Hall (17-10 MMA, 10-8 UFC) of consensus decision by 50-44 points, 50- 45 and 49-46. The victory was the fifth exactly right and the Hall was closed in four fights.

Medium weight loss was part of the UFC at the ESPN 28 premiere festival at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. It was played on ESPN and broadcast on ESPN +.

The Hall pumped the jab immediately, but Strickland quickly threw its own to try to put the Hall on its feet. The jab kept the Hall slightly off its rhythm in the first 90 seconds, though the Hall managed to break Strickland with coming jabs. Two minutes in. Hall threw a calf to put things together.

In the middle, it looked like Strickland was starting to feel its list. He has attacked several punches that keep the Hall supporting, and the Hall seems to want an answer.

About a minute into the second round, Strickland put together a great joint that had a fence Hall. Strickland thought of a change in the descent level, but stayed on foot and kept the back of the Hall in a cage. Hall has worked back to the center of the cage in the center of the circle and looks better in the last half of the frame in terms of his aggression. After a short break of low blows, the Hall seemed to hit another level just in front of the horn.

Hall came out strong for the third time and was busier than ever in any of the first two rounds. But almost out of place, about two minutes into the frame, Strickland took Hall to the ship behind the fist behind the ear. Strickland dropped his fist after hitting the mat, and it looked like it was close. The Hall appeared and returned, but Strickland dragged him again. When they returned to their feet, Strickland kept him bound, and another replacement had a guard at the top. With 30 seconds left, Strickland took the back of the Hall and looked for the closure in the back. The Hall survived the round, but it controlled Strickland.

The Hall seemed to be in a hurry for four. Strickland, for the most part, stayed mostly outside the largest Hall shots. The Hall remained busy, but did not do much about the damage. But in the remaining minutes, Strickland took over the Hall again and received major blows along the way. He opened the cut of the left eye of the Hall with the right measure. Hall returned with his feet turned down, but it was still another round of Strickland.

Strickland looks pretty easy with these two fighters heading into the final frame. He was walking around his corner between rounds and watching the Hall team plead with him not to get tired. The Hall seemed to be running out of energy in the middle of the frame, and while Strickland slowed it down a bit, it also had the power to cure the Hall on the fence and continue to annoy him.
